  Sunrise at 1770 is a special place right near the ocean, and far away from the hustle and bustle. We stayed at Finding Solace which is a modern house overlooking the beach. It was beautifully clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We liked it so much that we've already booked to return!

  Lovely place to stay if you love being close to nature without camping. The house is in a beautiful natural setting in Sunrise at 1770 which has great facilities and close to a couple of wonderful beaches which we almost had to ourselves. Loved our stay in this unique house and all the wildlife that shared our space. Bring bikes as you can ride around the estate. We enjoyed the tennis courts, pools and bbq pavilions. Fantastic activities in 1770 topped it off. Great house for families or two couples.

  We just loved Drewhouse (the pods) at sunrise 1770. It was like waking up in nature every day. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked with everything we needed. The beds are comfy and you can open up the bathroom so you feel you are in the middle of the bush. The kids had a ball spotting wildlife and we enjoyed watching kookaburra visits to the bird bath. The tennis courts and pools are well maintained and our family tennis match was loads of fun. The beach is just pristine. Paradise! We will be back!

  We have just gotten home from our holiday at Sunrise at 1770 and we are already wanting to book our next trip there. It’s a quiet complex away from the hustle and bustle of the 1770 township, but close enough to drive into the beach and yummy food choices. The pools were just divine as were the BBQ decks around the pools. Every time we got back to the pods we would sit on the deck and examine the ground for what animal may have passed through. We had a range of ages in our accommodation, from kids to parents and grandparents and it suited all of us individually. We had a great sleep in the beds and it was so lovely and quiet at night time. Definitely will be coming back. Perfect for Aussies wanting to get back to nature with all the creature comforts, as well as overseas visitors wanting a chance to see wildlife from your balcony. Just beautiful!

  Zephyr was a lovely place to stay. Close enough to drive to Agnes and 1770, shops etc. Pools are amazing. Will stay closer to the playground area next time so kids can walk/ride to have a play instead of driving. Peaceful and quiet. House was amazing, spacious enough for 3 families together.
